Additionally, he developed new budgeting and forecasting processes and executive dashboards.
At the American Chemical Society, ACS Publications Division in Columbus, OH, as Assistant Director of Sales Operations, Frank optimized pricing strategies and improved order-to-cash processes, earning the prestigious ACS Catalyst Award. He provided critical analyses and consultations to executive management, ensuring sound business decisions.
